After working as a freelancer on several projects for Baum’s clients, they contacted me to develop a new website for their own agency. The site will be built using a UI design that their own team created and all the sitemap, images, fonts, and colors were already approved and documented through Adobe XD.
The site will include specific pages and features and the purpose of the project is to build the “core” of the site so once it is done, they will be able to duplicate pages and add all the information on the page.
Additionally, the client requested in conjunction a landing page that will be used for their international clients, so this page will be in English and will use different headers and footers from the main page.
A Project Manager and a QA Specialist will be assigned by the client to take care of the project.
After negotiating the price of the project based on the prototype and the requirements the quote was approved and we started the project in March-April 2021
Baum Digital provided a comprehensive prototype for their new website, outlining key design elements, layouts, and branding guidelines. My role was to refine this prototype, ensuring a seamless user experience while integrating custom design enhancements and performance optimizations.
Working closely with the client’s internal team, I translated their vision into a fully responsive, high-performance website. The project focused on:
•Enhancing usability across desktop and mobile
• Implementing a scalable structure for future growth
•Improving site speed and technical SEO
As the website was internally managed post-launch, my goal was to deliver a platform that was not only visually appealing but also intuitive for their team to update and maintain.
Developing Baum Digital’s website was an exciting challenge that required translating a detailed UX/UI prototype into a fully functional web platform. The project demanded precision, performance optimization, and seamless responsiveness, ensuring that every element from the prototype was accurately implemented in the final product.
Working closely with the client’s team, I leveraged WordPress and Elementor Pro to build a scalable, modular website that allows for future updates and growth. Through custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements, I ensured that the site not only met the visual and functional expectations but also delivered an optimized user experience across all devices.
This project reinforced the importance of collaboration and technical execution, as well as the ability to adapt complex design specifications into a real-world, high-performing web solution. Seeing the final site live, fully optimized, and aligned with the client’s brand was a rewarding experience.
