Horizon Pacific, a leading real estate company in Costa Rica, approached me to handle a full UX/UI redesign and web development project. The goal was to create a visually engaging and user-friendly website that seamlessly integrates their property listings and custom booking system, ensuring users never have to leave the site.
The project followed a structured UX/UI process, starting with in-depth research, wireframing, and prototyping to align with the company’s new branding. One of the biggest challenges was integrating their booking system, which had no WordPress plugin available. To address this, I developed a custom-coded solution that maintained a seamless design while preserving full booking functionality.
Beyond aesthetics, I focused on usability, ensuring that every design decision prioritized clarity, navigation, and overall functionality. The final product positions Horizon Pacific as a powerful digital tool for property bookings and real estate services.
Once the project objectives were established, I initiated the UX/UI process, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to structure the layout and user experience.
Working closely with Horizon Pacific, we iterated on various design elements to ensure an intuitive user experience. With the new branding guidelines in place, I designed visually engaging layouts that reflect their identity in a polished and modern way.
A key technical challenge was the booking system integration. Since no WordPress plugin was available, I developed a custom-coded solution that provided a seamless experience, keeping users on-site throughout the entire booking process.
The final product is a fully responsive, visually optimized, and conversion-focused website that reinforces Horizon Pacific’s real estate and vacation rental business goals.
